Refund policy
If the product you receive is in a defective or unsatisfactory condition, you must contact us to file a complaint and request an exchange or store credit. NO REFUND
Returns are accepted only if you receive an incorrect item or is not in the working condition. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to us no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
