Delivery times vary by country and are shown at checkout. Once shipping and handling fees have been processed, we will ship the products to the address provided by you. You are responsible to ensure that the address is correct. We will not be liable for an incorrect shipping address. We will try our best to ship the product as soon as possible.

Will I have to pay import fees?

Our pieces ship internationally, so your country's customs may charge import duties, VAT or taxes when your order arrives. These fees are set and collected by your local customs, not by Amellah, and aren't included in our prices or shipping. The amount depends on your country and order value.

If import fees aren't paid and the parcel is returned or held by customs, we're unable to offer a refund or reshipment.
